Enjoy a day of experiencing the sounds of the Tibetan bowls, bells, tingshas, rattles etc. We will look, very briefly, at how and why sound works in visual, basic scientific and esoteric terms and go on to learn various ways to play the singing bowls etc - be prepared to have a go. Experience sound for relaxation, meditation and healing. You will receive sound therapy during the day - a free treatment while you learn about this ancient healing art! Come and have fun sharing a wonderfully relaxing and healing, learning experience. PLEASE NOTE: We will NOT use the voice, you do not need to be able to play an instrument or read music - this workshop will help develop your intuition with sound

This day's experiential workshop for healers will look at practical ways of being a healer at this time in the journey. We look at the way the energy is changing and how a healer works with these changes. None of this is taught in the traditional sense of the word but we explore the subject from the point of our own grounded understanding of the experience
