A THREE DAY WORKSHOP USING THE MODALITIES OF VOCAL OVERTONING AND THE OVERTONE SCALE, MANTRA, PRANAYAM, CRYSTAL BOWLS, AND TIBETAN BOWLS. A chance to raise your vibratory level to meet the increased frequencies of the Aquarian Age, learn the art of overtone singing/mantra/pramayam for personal and planetary transformation, the archetypal importance of the overtone scale and its relation to gematria, sacred geometry, the zodiac, the Fibonacci sequence, etc. Soundbaths and singing bowl meditations, ritual and work at the sacred sites of the Chalice Well itself and the Tor. | Jana will teach magical ritual chants and Shamanic rhythms from different cultural traditions as we tune in to the sounds of our ancestral memory on the powerful ancient Isle of Avalon. As we stimulate our ancient memories with ceremonial sound, it will provide us with the inspiration to re-create both personal and collective ‘Songlines', the dreaming tracks of those who came before… Take this opportunity to not only share the weekend having fun with chanting and drumming in a group, but to walk and dream on the land. Feel the interconnectedness of all life with Shamanic drumming and chanting around the Ancestral Dream Wheel. The weekend will also include drum healing, chi gung, pranayama, meditation, a guided ancestral journey, chakra chanting, medicine walks around the landscape and a Saturday night ceremonial fire. |

| Within the beautiful sanctuary of the Chalice Well gardens, a place of deep peace and healing, Lucinda and Sacha will be sharing with you how they have dealt with loss and deep grief in their lives and what they've done to overcome it.
This will be a workshop with meditations to deeply relax you and help you clear your heart space to move on in life, music & singing, practical and simple tools to help you deal with grief in daily life. All input for this workshop will come from our own experience. We won't be focussing on the grief or loss, we'll be focussing on: how to stay open in your heart when you're deeply hurt, how to keep loving and trusting life, how to keep breathing when life takes an unexpected swing at you. We'll be using tools like acceptance and forgiveness to clear our heart space and free ourselves from pain and grief. This way our life force energy will be able to start flowing again to keep us strong. |

| A great opportunity for students, priestesses and other Goddess-loving people to fully immerse yourself in the energies of the Goddess within the sacred landscape of Glastonbury Avalon. A time to withdraw from the outer world and deepen your connection to the Lady and Her Mysteries. During our five days together we will open our hearts to the Goddess and to each other, connecting to our authentic selves. We will walk the sacred landscape of Avalon and enter into the magic of the Chalice Well gardens. We will perform ceremonies beside Chalice Well and make inner journeys to meet the Goddess as Lady of Avalon, Lady of the Red and White Springs and Queen of the Underworld. We will spend an evening outdoors beside a Sacred Fire - bring warm clothing. There will also be the opportunity to meet the Lady of Avalon as embodied by Her priestess. On retreat there is time spent together as a group and time alone for personal contemplation and healing. We will return to the everyday world inspired by this unique and powerful spiritual experience.
