Body Realignment is a powerful yet subtle method of releasing physical damage by replicating the movement/position in which the body was originally injured. This subtle replay, combined with gentle pressure on key points, enables the body to release the muscle-holding patterns which are distorting natural alignment. This release restores the circulation of energy and blood to the area and thus stimulates self-healing. In this way, not only can muscle knotting be eliminated but the whole body realigned and compensation patterns corrected.

Fascial unwinding, body scanning, energy healing techniques and emphasis on a developed, intuitive massage technique are important elements of Body Realignment. Body Realignment has developed from Bio-mobility, which in its turn originated in Ortho-Bionomy. The Faith Course

I am delighted to be offering over a ten month period, meeting one Saturday per month, a course studying and reflecting on some of the many faiths to be found around the world. We will explore each month, a different faith, looking at the history of its origins, writings, and the spiritual practices. Our purpose in doing this will be to move beyond the dogma, and enter into the heart and profound beauty of each tradition.

The course will encourage an opening and expanding of your own spiritual practice and from this gain an understanding of what has shaped others, whole communities and our world. The course also aims through deep enquiry to bring forth the realisation of the truth that we are all the child of God and that we are all ONE, no matter what name we may use for God.  

Faiths and Traditions we will study each month includes Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism, Indian Religions, Islam, Sufism, also traditions from the Americas and Australia, traditions to be found in The United Kingdom and A Course in Miracles.

Through my thirty seven years of exploration and spiritual journey and latterly as an Interfaith Minister, it is my hope to introduce you to the profound beauty to be found within all traditions. Through studying the different traditions I feel my own life has been enhanced greatly, giving me a greater understanding of others, and an acceptance of who they are. During my training I was introduced to many wonderful teachings, prayers, writings and music which I will be sharing with you. This is a great opportunity to open yourself to a truth that may perhaps go beyond who or what you feel you are at present.
